Moog's Military Aircraft Group has an immediate part‑time job opportunity for Engineering students (sophomore or higher) in the machine shop at our plant in Torrance, CA.

In this role you will gain hands‑on CNC machining experience, document processes, and support production of components for aircraft flight control actuation systems (FCAS) for commercial and military aircraft. We offer competitive compensation and a friendly, comfortable work environment, where innovation and creativity are encouraged. Training will be provided, and hours will be flexible to work around your class schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends (15-20 hours per week).

• Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Sophomore or higher
• Willing and able to work 15-20 hours per week

• Prefer 3.0 GPA minimum
• Highly motivated
• Comfortable in a hands‑on shop floor environment
• Hands‑on mechanical experience is helpful

Torrance, CA $30.00-$33.00 Hourly

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region‑specific benefits.
