Team Leader, Entertainment & Gaming

Sky Zone is the world’s largest indoor entertainment park operation, offering a dynamic and fun environment where guests of all ages can enjoy a variety of attractions.

The Team Lead reports to and supports the park’s management team by providing on-the-spot leadership throughout the park. Team Leads are the first to step in when help is needed, and they provide essential updates and customer service information to Managers when other team members cannot leave their station. Team Leads execute membership sales at the front desk and look for sales opportunities while walking the park or assisting in other departments.

• Providing the necessary delegation to team members so shifts across all departments run smoothly.
• Providing hands‑on support by jumping into any department when extra help is needed, such as café, birthday parties, front desk, etc.
• Executing membership sales at the front desk and creating memorable moments for guests.
• Enforcing park safety policies and ensuring the park runs smoothly.
• Educating other team members in the moment if there’s an issue with guest safety that is not being corrected.
• Helping maintain a clean environment and performing janitorial duties throughout the shift.
• Completing any incident reports that happen during the shift.
• Assisting with initiating and coordinating opening or closing park procedures.
• Ensuring any additional shift duties outlined for the day are completed before leaving.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative through a formal leadership role or within work, schooling, or extracurricular experiences.
• Minimum of one year of work experience, ideally in a high-volume customer service industry such as retail, restaurant, fitness, or recreation; retail sales and/or amusement park or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Basic proficiency in technology such as MS Office Suite, Teams, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable, coachable, self-motivated, and organized.
• Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
