A Construction company seeks Payroll Analyst to join their team!

• Medical, dental, vision company pays 80%

• Own full cycle weekly payroll in house, from calculating hours and overtime to deductions and adjustments
• Lead job costing and cost code analysis, making sure labor costs are allocated accurately across active projects
• Maintain and manage cost codes
• Run regular payroll reconciliations to keep everything clean and accurate
• Handle workers' compensation and garnishments
• Bring fresh ideas to improve efficiency and accuracy across payroll and job costing processes
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual payroll and job costing reports
• Work closely with the Controller as a true partner on reporting and accuracy

• 4+ years of hands on payroll processing experience
• Job costing and cost codes experience, construction industry preferred
• Comfortable with both manual and electronic time card processing
• Local to the South Bay area, this is a fully onsite role five days a week
