Director, Investor Relations

Hadrian is looking for a Director of Investor Relations to lead their investor engagement and capital markets interface. This role involves crafting a compelling investor relations program and communicating the company’s growth story. You will work closely with the CFO and various teams to ensure that investors understand Hadrian’s vision and progress.

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy.
• Communicate with shareholders, prospective investors, and analysts.
• Prepare key investor materials like quarterly letters and presentations.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into action.
• Maintain investor relations infrastructure and CRM.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or related finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and proactive, able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of capital markets and investor behavior.
