Position Overview

Bank of America is committed to an in‑office culture with specific requirements for office‑based attendance. This role is open for the entire market; the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may subsequently move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance, as permitted by applicable law.

This position is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients, engaging in deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities, and connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.

• Efficiently manages time and capacity
• Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary + incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Six months of cash‑handling experience
• Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance

$25.00 - $27.88 hourly, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
