Job Description
Advanced client financial services specialist providing personalized advice and guidance to financial center clients across the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings. Responsibilities include acquiring and deepening client relationships, balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care.
Responsibilities- Recommends financial advice and guidance aligning with client goals and needs.
- Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the bank’s full capabilities.
- Analyzes client financial needs and applies borrowing and banking knowledge to recommend alternative or additional financial services tailored to client priorities.
- Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts consistent follow‑up routines to meet client needs.
- Makes decisions on client requests and refers to appropriate internal partners based on client needs.
- Partners with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates during meetings.
- Demonstrated experience and proven success with business‑to‑business sales and/or small business banking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
- Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end‑to‑end experience and problem resolution.
- A proven sales track record.
- Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
- Experience with outbound phone sales.
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
- Experience with in‑person customer service and sales.
- Experience working with small business clients.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Working knowledge of small business products and services.

Pay Transparency details- Pay range: $26.00 – $33.72 hourly (determined by experience, education, and skill set).
- Formulaic incentive plan eligibility.
