Are you a detail-oriented financial professional who loves turning numbers into insights? We're looking for a Financial Analyst (Royalty) to join our Finance team and play a critical role in managing royalty revenues, licensing partner performance, and financial analysis.

In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with Finance and Licensing teams to ensure accurate royalty reporting, drive revenue forecasting, support audits, and deliver meaningful business insights that help shape strategic decisions.

• Review royalty statements and ensure compliance with licensing agreements
• Process royalty revenue and manage cash applications
• Build strong relationships with licensees and proactively resolve discrepancies
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and minimum guarantee payments
• Maintain customer accounts in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Partner with Licensing on forecasting and marketing expense analysis
• Analyze licensee performance and provide actionable business insights
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Assist with external audit requests and third-party licensee audits
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc financial analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of Accounting or Finance experience
• Strong understanding of AR, GL, and accounting fundamentals
• Experience working within ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

* Please note that this is a hybrid position - not remote. You MUST have your own transportation and be able to come into our Torrance office at least twice per week to collaborate with the team.

Salary: $70k-$80k per year
