Arc in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Compliance Specialist to own the compliance backbone across its commercial and government contracting activities. You will review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs/RFIs), ensure certifications and eligibility, and represent Arc credibly to regulators, auditors, and agencies.
You’ll build and enforce company-wide policies, organize staff training, monitor federal regulations (FAR/DFARS), and support post‑award compliance as the contract base grows.
