JOB DESCRIPTION - Caregiver

Daytime Shifts (from 4 - 12 hours)

• Personal Care (including hygiene assistance)
• Remain Awake to care for Client (overnights)
• Alzheimer's and Dementia Support
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Laundry
• Light Housekeeping
• Shopping and Errands
• Ambulation Assistance
• Respite Care

Reliability, excellent communication skills and compassion are a must.

• Ability to commute to the South Bay or Marina del Rey areas
• Previous experience preferred but not required
• Complete all required training
• Access to a vehicle you can drive while on assignment (valid CA Driver's License, current registration and your name must be listed on current insurance)
• Register as a CA Home Care Aide (including criminal background clearance and TB test)
• Pass drug tests
• Ability to speak, read and write in English
• A heart for caregiving, treating older adults with dignity and respect
