At NXT Level Care, we provide exceptional in-home support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living. Our mission is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides (HCAs) who take pride in caring for others.

As a Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical, in-home assistance to clients, helping them maintain dignity and quality of life. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in the Torrance area, building meaningful relationships while providing essential care and support.

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Remind clients to take medications as directed
• Report changes in condition or safety concerns to supervisor

• Active California HCA registration (required)
• Current TB test and CPR certification
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
