ResponsibilitiesAs the Outpatient Clinical Supervisor, you will provide supervision and guidance to social work staff, assist in developing unit goals, objectives and performance standards, and coordinate and implement clinical and program activities. You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while fostering optimal health care delivery. Additionally, you will coordinate performance‑improvement initiatives and address deficiencies. The position is housed out of the Carson Outpatient Facility at 16920 Avalon Blvd, Carson, CA 90746.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
• California Board of Behavioral Sciences licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Lead Social Worker or equivalent.
