Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests with check-in and check-out, answer phones, and collect payments per guidelines;
Maintain front desk area and assist with daily paperwork and safety procedures;
Process reservations and inquiries to convert to bookings and ensure room occupancy;
Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts; manage breakfast display setup and breakroom/amenities areas;
Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed and perform other duties assigned by management
