Overview
We’re hiring a Tik Tok Shop Ecommerce Manager to own and scale one of our fastest-growing revenue channels. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes Tik Tok, creators, live shopping, and performance-driven e-commerce. You’ll have full ownership of Tik Tok Shop strategy working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, operations, and external partners to drive GMV, conversion, and sustained growth.
This is a high-visibility role with real impact and room to grow.
Salary $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details
Tik Tok Shop Strategy & Growth
- Own the end-to-end Tik Tok Shop strategy across live commerce, affiliates, and creator-led sales
- Stay ahead of trends, algorithm shifts, and platform updates to continuously optimize performance
Shop Operations & Optimization
- Manage all Tik Tok Shop operations including listings, pricing, promotions, inventory health, and customer experience
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure product availability, brand consistency, and smooth fulfillment
Affiliate & Creator Partnerships
- Recruit, onboard, and activate creators and affiliates aligned with brand voice and performance goals
- Build incentive programs, share performance insights, and maintain strong relationships with top-performing creators
- Collaborate with agencies and Tik Tok partners to scale content-driven revenue
Campaigns & Merchandising
- Own the Tik Tok Shop campaign calendar including launches, seasonal moments, and platform events
- Develop Tik Tok-exclusive bundles, limited drops, and platform-native merchandising strategies
- Partner with creative and social teams to ensure content drives both engagement and conversion
Live Commerce
- Oversee Tik Tok Live strategy including scheduling, pricing, creator coordination, and performance tracking
- Execute high-performing live streams and product demos with internal teams and partners
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Track and analyze KPIs including GMV, ROAS, CPA, affiliate productivity, and live conversion rates
- Translate insights into actionable optimizations across campaigns, listings, and creator programs
- Prepare performance updates and strategic recommendations for leadership
Agency & Partner Management
- Lead relationships with live commerce and affiliate agencies
- Negotiate terms, track performance, and ensure partners are delivering measurable results
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in CPG e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing
- Direct experience supporting consumer packaged goods brands (beauty, automotive, lifestyle, household, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Tik Tok Shop strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with creators, influencers, and affiliate partners
- Highly analytical, results-driven, and comfortable owning a revenue channel
- Strong balance of operational execution and creative strategy
- Passion for Tik Tok, live shopping, and the creator economy
