Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Warehouse Systems Implementation Analyst to support enterprise warehouse system implementations in a high-volume distribution environment. This is a hands-on functional role focused on system configuration, operational alignment, and full lifecycle implementation ownership.
This position is ideal for someone who has led complex WMS implementations and understands how real-world warehouse operations translate into system behavior.
Key Responsibilities
Business Discovery & Process Design
- Analyze warehouse workflows and fulfillment models
- Translate operational requirements into system configuration
- Partner with operations teams to align system behavior with real processes
- Configure advanced warehouse logic including storage strategies, picking methods, parcel workflows, and labeling rules
- Support higher-level configuration tasks beyond basic setup
- Lead system integration testing (SIT)
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Validate configurations prior to go-live
- Support successful customer or site implementations
- Engage directly with warehouse teams onsite
- Observe workflows and adjust configuration as needed
- Provide hands-on support during implementation phases
- Perform light SQL queries for validation and troubleshooting
- Assist with reporting and data review when required
- Experience with enterprise-level Warehouse Management Systems
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end WMS implementations
- Experience in high-volume warehouse or distribution environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes
- Ability to lead discovery sessions and testing phases
- Willingness to work onsite approximately three days per week
- Experience configuring advanced warehouse logic
- SQL familiarity
- Exposure to reporting tools or system data validation
