A Japanese IT company providing a wide range of technology services—including system development, software solutions, and website production—is seeking an IT Support Representative to join its growing team.

This role is well-suited for entry‑level candidates who are eager to build a career in IT infrastructure and network engineering. You will work in a supportive, team‑oriented environment and gain hands‑on experience with servers, networks, and client support while receiving on‑the‑job training.

• Provide IT support remotely and through on‑site visits to client locations as needed
• Collaborate with internal engineers and communicate technical issues clearly to clients
• Perform maintenance and basic administration of servers, workstations, and network environments
• Monitor network and system performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity or hardware issues

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Japanese / English bilingual (business‑level communication required)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and proactive mindset
• Basic knowledge or interest in network security
• Experience working in a Windows‑based environment is a plus!
• Training and on‑the‑job support will be provided. Motivated candidates are welcome to apply even if they do not have prior professional experience.
• Open to potential relocation to Atlanta is a plus! (optional)

• Monday–Friday, on‑site (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• Competitive salary based on experience: starts $40,000 - 50,000/Annually
