Web Designer / Front-End Engineer - Japanese Bilingual

About the roleA Japanese IT company engaged in a wide range of technology services—including system development, software solutions, and website production—is seeking a Web Designer / Front-End Engineer to join its growing team!
In this role, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of clients' websites and e-commerce sites, working closely with designers and team members. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative and friendly work environment!
Key responsibilities- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Build websites using platforms such as Webflow and Shopify
- Create and update websites using CMS tools like Word Press
- Implement designs and simple animations based on design specifications
- Ensure responsive design and perform quality checks across devices
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in Japanese / English is required
- Experience in web design and/or front-end development
* Open to candidates with any level of experience, including self-taught or recent graduates!
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)We welcome candidates who have experience or knowledge in any of the following:
- HTML / CSS / Java Script
- CMS platforms such as Word Press
- Webflow or Shopify
- Adobe tools such as Photoshop / Illustrator
- UI / UX design
* You do not need to have experience in all of the above.
Schedule & Benefits- Monday–Friday, on-site (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
- $40,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
