We’re working closely with a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Torrance that supports a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from small businesses to mid-market organizations across industries such as retail, restaurants, non-profits, and government partners. The organization has grown to 40+ employees and continues to expand its client footprint while investing heavily in its internal team structure, accountability, and long-term growth
The engineering team works across modern Microsoft cloud environments, supporting a mix of on-premise and cloud infrastructure for a wide range of client environments. Key responsibilities inclu- de:
Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including user provisioning, licensing, and troubleshoot - ing Assist with Azure / Entra and identity managem
- ent Troubleshoot workstations, networking issues, printers, and end-user devi
- ces Monitor infrastructure and cloud environments to ensure systems remain operational and sec
- ure Handle escalated complex issues as the senior engineer while maintaining client owners
- hip Maintain accurate documentation, ticket updates, and time tracking within the PSA sys
- tem Collaborate with internal engineers and leadership to resolve issues efficien
- tly Contribute to knowledge base documentation and improve internal support proces
