We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager with 10+ years of relevant experience to oversee and maintain the technology infrastructure across our organization, which includes up to 17 geographically distributed sites comprising of offices and warehouses. This role is responsible for managing a system administrator and external vendors, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to issue escalation and resolution.

The IT Infrastructure Manager will play a critical role in supporting business operations through robust infrastructure management, vendor coordination, and strategic technology planning.

The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and administration of the company’s cloud and on-premises systems. This role ensures the security, availability, and reliability of systems and networks, manages technology vendors, and enforces IT policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is highly technical, organized, and autonomous, with strong sense of due diligence and leadership skills to operate with minimal oversight.

• Architect, implement, and maintain virtualized servers in co-location data centers and private cloud.
• Manage SD-WAN, IPsec/BGP tunneling and Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to align infrastructure with organizational goals.
• Oversee incident, request, problem and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with involved parties and end users.
• Identify and implement process improvements and optimizations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT Infrastructure team with strong documentation and change management discipline.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential benefits to the IT infrastructure environment.
• Develop and maintain procedures, workflows and documentation to ensure efficient and consistent support processes.
• Handle escalated issues and complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to other IT teams.
