We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to build and lead AI solutions on AWS.

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud architecture
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS AI/ML services including:
  Sage Maker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, Lake Formation
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: AWS CDK, Terraform, Cloud Formation
• Deep understanding of reviewing, refactoring, and improving developer code
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and testing practices
• Experience mentoring teams and enforcing coding standards
• Leadership and advisory skills: excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders; consulting, customer advisory, or enterprise architecture roles; ability to translate technical concepts into business value

• Design and build robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions on AWS
• Develop AI systems aligned with AWS best practices and architecture standards
• Lead hands‑on engineering activities, including solution design and implementation
• Review and improve code quality, system design, and engineering practices
• Mentor teams and guide them on AI/ML and cloud engineering best practices
• Support customers in their AI transformation journey
• Provide technical oversight and leadership across AI initiatives
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements
