5-10 years in DX (Digital Transformation) experience is required.
Responsibilities- Hands‑on experience leading IT and data initiatives from the business side, deeply involved in demand forecasting, procurement, and inventory planning (S&OP), as well as e-commerce operations
- Proven experience controlling and managing IT vendors, including estimates, scope definition, and risk management
- Practical experience in systematizing and standardizing Excel‑based and person‑dependent operations into scalable, repeatable processes
- Strong track record in cross‑functional project management involving multiple departments
- Global deployment experience across the above areas, working with international stakeholders and teams
