Position Overview
Working with a project team to start the replacement for the Dealer Financial Services system with an in‑house build. Have the ability to document and organize the information needed to start the design and development work. Work with the team to recognize risk issues.

- Strategy:
Align IT project roadmaps with high‑level corporate business goals. - Architecture:
Design business workflows showing how apps, data, and systems connect. - Requirements:
Write clear technical specifications, user stories, and API mappings. - Collaboration:
Act as the primary translator between business leaders and engineers. - Data Analysis:
Analyze large databases to find system bottlenecks and trends. - Validation:
Define acceptance criteria to ensure the final product matches the strategy. - Work with the testing teams to understand the testing process and validation.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Technical BA or Systems Analyst. - Technical
Skills:
Strong proficiency with SQL, REST APIs, and system integration patterns. - Methodologies:
Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). - Tools:
Advanced hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Miro. - Soft Skills:
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Certifications:
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA. - Cloud Knowledge:
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments. - Data Visuals:
Experience creating management dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
