Job Description:
As an Application Support Engineer, person will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical WMS systems. Person is expected to be a subject matter expert in Warehouse Management functions, expert proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Functional is required. Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement in Manhattan WMS application.
Develop and implement solutions to enhance WMS system functionality. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Provide training and support to team members on system processes and best practices.
