Job Summary:
The AI Powered Power BI Engineer is responsible for leveraging Artificial Intelligence AI Microsoft Copilot Large design develop and maintain Power BI reports dashboards and analytical solutions
This role combines expertise in Power BI data modeling DAX and AI assisted development to transform business significantly reduced development effort and improved business insight generation The engineer acts as both a automate report creation documentation testing visualization design and narrative insight generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1 AIDriven Report Development 30
Use Microsoft Copilot Power BI Copilot ChatGPT Claude and other approved AI tools to generate report protot recommendations
Translate business requirements into Power BI reports using prompt engineering and AI assisted design technique Automate dashboard creation report documentation and metadata generation
Utilize AI to identify reporting opportunities trends anomalies and predictive insights2 Power BI Dashboard Engineering L1 L2 Production Support Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for incidents service requests and problem management activities
Troubleshoot platform issues related to CMS Web Intelligence Crystal Reports Adaptive Processing Ser Analyze logs identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Monitor scheduled jobs and resolve failures within defined SLAsCoordinate with SAP support teams infrastructure teams and business stakeholders for issue resolution
Participate in oncall and production support rotations when required
Monitoring Maintenance Perform regular health checks and system audits
Apply SAP patches hotfixes and maintenance packs
Ensure adherence to security compliance and operational standards
Maintain technical documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles
Required Skills
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in SAP Business Objects Administration Handsone experience with SAP Business Objects BI 4x platform administration
Strong knowledge of installation configuration upgrades and migrations
Experience managing CMS FRS Web Intelligence Crystal Reports and Information Design Tool IDTKnowledge of Windows server administration
Experience with Active Directory LDAP and SSO integration
Optimize platform performance scalability and cloud costs
Automate deployments using Terraform CICD and Infrastructure as Code Collaborate with Data Engineering Cloud and Security teams on platform enhancements

Qualifications:
10 years in IT with 4 years of Databricks administration support
Handsone experience with AWS cloud platforms and enterprise production support
Strong troubleshooting stakeholder management and leadership skills

AWS Solutions Architect Professional AWS Data Engineer Associate Databricks Certified Professional Admin Experience managing CMS FRS Web Intelligence Crystal Reports and Information Design Tool IDTKnowledge of Windows server administration

Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Now ticketing system
