This is a full-time on-site role for an Auto Damage Appraiser for San Diego. The Auto Damage Appraiser will evaluate and assess vehicle damage, prepare appraisal reports, and communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and repair facilities. Additional responsibilities include conducting field inspections, adhering to company standards, and ensuring prompt and accurate processing of claims.

• Experience with auto damage assessments, using appraisal software, and generating detailed reports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, and repair teams
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an ability to identify accurate repair estimates
• Knowledge of industry standards, repair methods, and auto parts terminology
• Proficiency in maintaining documentation and handling claims-related processes
• Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel locally for field inspections
• Previous experience in auto damage appraisal or a related field is a plus
• Certification in auto damage appraisal or equivalent training preferred
