Pay: $28/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA must be able to commute to Torrance, CA

• The primary liaison for assigned export customers, ensuring high levels of service and parts availability.
• Coordinating with multiple internal departments to meet customer service expectations and manage export logistics.
• Conducting monthly video conferences with customers and providing management with regular updates on service levels and project status.

• Hold a BA/BS degree in Business or have equivalent work experience in a business environment.
• Have 2+ years of experience in export customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Are bilingual in Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse customers.
