Air Export Operations Specialist – Torrance, CA

Our client, a well-established international freight forwarder, is seeking an Air Export Operations Specialist to join their growing team in Torrance, California. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of air export operations, including booking, documentation, and coordination with carriers and agents.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of export shipments in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, and service providers to ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively update clients on any changes or delays.
• Prepare and send export documentation including air waybills, invoices, and packing lists.
• Provide rate quotes to customers and partners as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 year of experience in air export operations with an international freight forwarder.
• Familiarity with export documentation and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
