Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct operations and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects.
  • Assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.
  • Drive and execute new initiatives.
  • Influence functional stakeholders.
  • Process optimization and improvement.
  • Support Integrated Supply Chain sites.
  • Work with the factory team support to manage risk.
  • Identify supply and demand miss-alignment within a 13-week window.
  • Lead projects that drive improvements within the materials and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels of components required to support the schedule.
  • Perform data analysis and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist in resolution of component quality issues.
Qualifications Must have:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.
  • 5+ years of Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Some experience in project management.
  • Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others.
  • Mentor junior members or peers.
  • In-depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP Systems.
