Responsibilities- Oversee and direct operations and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects.
- Assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.
- Drive and execute new initiatives.
- Influence functional stakeholders.
- Process optimization and improvement.
- Support Integrated Supply Chain sites.
- Work with the factory team support to manage risk.
- Identify supply and demand miss-alignment within a 13-week window.
- Lead projects that drive improvements within the materials and supply chain teams.
- Monitor inventory levels of components required to support the schedule.
- Perform data analysis and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in resolution of component quality issues.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Some experience in project management.
- Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others.
- Mentor junior members or peers.
- In-depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP Systems.
