Procurement Operations Specialist

Overview

Chirp Robotics is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Procurement Operations Specialist to support manufacturing, engineering, and production teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across purchasing, vendor communication, inventory, and general operations.

You will help make sure our team has the parts, materials, tools, and supplies needed to build high-quality robotics products on schedule. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where the right person will have a direct impact on production speed, organization, and execution.

• Coordinate purchasing activities, vendor communications, inventory levels, and general operations to ensure timely availability of parts, materials, tools, and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, track material flow, and support on-time production to meet schedule commitments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement and inventory processes.
• Support process improvements that enhance speed, efficiency, and accuracy of operations.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in procurement operations, purchasing, vendor communication, inventory management, or related fields.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and effective written and verbal communication with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment and contribute to production speed and reliability.
