* Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  
** Air Logistics Warehouse Office Specialist
** to support our Container Freight Station (CFS) operations and ensure the efficient movement of cargo through the supply chain. This role combines warehouse support, logistics coordination, customer service, inventory management, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced air logistics environment.

As an Air Logistics Warehouse Office Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing shipment visibility, coordinating freight movements, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customs and TSA compliance requirements, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

** How you create impact*
* + Research, track, and monitor shipments using Kuehne+Nagel operational systems.

+ Coordinate with warehouse teams to locate, consolidate, recover, and prepare freight for movement and loading.

+ Manage inventory visibility and perform ongoing reviews to ensure inventory records accurately reflect freight movement.

+ Utilize dashboards and workflow tools to monitor cargo movement and ensure timely completion throughout the CFS lifecycle.

+ Track and trace shipments while coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, customers, overseas offices, and vendors.

+ Proactively communicate shipment status updates and resolve customer inquiries related to arrivals, deliveries, and shipment delays.

+ Support customs clearance activities and ensure operational processes adhere to customer SOPs and regulatory requirements.

+ Check in truck drivers and verify identification in accordance with TSA guidelines.

+ Process and maintain shipment documentation, operational records, and daily filing requirements.

+ Identify, investigate, and resolve shipment discrepancies, inventory variances, and operational exceptions.

+ Collaborate with CFS leadership to improve processes, recover trailers, and enhance operational efficiency.

+ Provide backup support across operational departments as needed.

** What we would like you to bring*
* + 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field.

+ Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

+ Experience working with inventory management, shipment tracking, warehouse management systems, or transportation management systems.

+ Customer service mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.

+ Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Experience in Air Logistics, Import/Export, Freight Forwarding, CFS, Customs Brokerage, or international transportation operations preferred.

+ Knowledge of TSA regulations, U.S. Customs requirements, shipping documentation, and international logistics processes preferred.

+ Experience coordinating with carriers, steamship lines, warehouse operations, overseas offices, and international partners preferred.

+ Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments while supporting day-to-day freight operations.

+ Ability to walk warehouse floors, interact with operational teams, and perform duties in a fast-paced logistics environment.

+ Ability to comply with all company safety, security, and regulatory requirements, including TSA and operational procedures.
