The DSV Development Program, Freight Operations is designed to develop the next generation of logistics professionals and future leaders. Participants gain real business experience while building a deep understanding of global supply chains.

The program combines:

• Hands-on operational experience
• Exposure to different areas of logistics

Performance Evaluations Award Application Process

Final Evaluation Completion of the 2-year Program

No prior experience required. If you have the drive, talent and enjoy responsibility, we'll give you the support you need to explore your potential and forward your career.

For year one, base pay is : $24.04/hour ($50,000 annually); year two, $25.00/hour ($52,000 annually). The rate of pay for this program is non-negotiable.
