Sales Operation Administrator

Summary

The Sales Administration position is responsible for supporting daily sales and operations activities, including order processing, shipping and logistics coordination, inventory control, purchasing, import/export documentation, and customer support. This role works closely with customers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and efficient operations.

• Coordinate shipping, logistics, and transportation activities
• Manage inventory control and warehouse operations
• Process customer orders and manage purchasing activities
• Prepare import/export documentation and support compliance requirements
• Manage sales administration and order fulfillment
• Provide customer support and manage relationships with customers and vendors
• Maintain product setup, registration, master data, and related records
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including packing, coordinating deliveries, and operating a forklift

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
• Experience in logistics, inventory control, order processing, or sales administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and coordination skills with customers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Forklift certification or operating experience to assist with warehouse as needed.
• Ability to lift and move packages as needed to support warehouse operations.
