Base Pay: $17.00 – $18.25 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm, Part‑time

• Clean resident apartments: furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/cooling units, bathtubs, toilets, showers, sinks, windows/mirrors, blinds, etc. sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, disinfecting, washing, wiping, spot‑cleaning, discarding waste, replacing liners.
• Report health, safety, sanitation concerns or apartment repairs to supervisor.
• Follow cleaning schedules and remove trash/waste from community areas.
• Maintain clean work areas and store equipment properly.
• Adhere to procedures for chemicals, disinfectants, and waste disposal.
• Lock and secure housekeeping supplies and carts; prevent access to residents/visitors.
• Encourage safety and efficiency per Clearwater Living standards.
• Assist with resident moves during emergencies if needed.
• Project a positive, professional image with proper uniform and name tag.
• Represent Clearwater Living principles and core values daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
