Mixer Operators & Production Packers – Bakery Manufacturing. If you have experience in food or bakery manufacturing, we are hiring Mixer Operators and Production Packers for a high-volume bakery facility in Torrance.
Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hr (DOE)
Key Responsibilities- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients per batch sheets
- Mix and handle dough to meet product specifications
- Load and operate industrial mixers
- Monitor dough texture, consistency, and mixing times
- Document production codes and batch results
- Clean and sanitize equipment between batches (GMP compliance)
- Experience working with dough in a bakery or food production environment
- Minimum 1 year operating manufacturing or production equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a flour/dust environment
