We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help scale our breakthrough water security technology. We need a hands‑on, problem‑solving individual to design, develop, and optimize the manufacturing processes for our innovative desalination systems. This role is critical for taking our products from first builds through to high‑rate production in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven startup environment.
What will you be doing?- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and production lines for our desalination systems.
- Lead Design for Manufacturing/Assembly (DFM/DFA) initiatives, including tooling, fixtures, and automation.
- Work cross‑functionally to select equipment and define key metrics like cycle‑times, yield targets, and cost‑per‑unit.
- Develop work instructions, process flows, and layout designs for new systems.
- Own continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs, increase throughput, and improve reliability.
