Welder (Fabricator)

• This position requires you to be meticulous in your work and constantly striving for improvement. You must be able to follow precise work instructions while maintaining both accountability and accurate work documentation through a start-to-finish fabrication process.
• Assists senior Fabricators with parts and projects.
• Interacts with Engineering Teams to execute work requests.

• W eld, fabricate, and restore high‑end automotive chassis and parts
• Performs all assignments in accordance with EH&S and security policies
• Inspects both raw materials and finished products for conformance to quality specifications

• Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, self‑driven, detail oriented and has demonstrated success working with a team towards a common goal with proven results.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in an automotive (chassis/parts), restoration, manufacturing and/or assembly environment.
• General automotive knowledge and knowledge of fabrication, machining/ welding equipment setup, process, and maintenance.
• Bonus points for Certifications and/or technical automotive program graduate.

This is an onsite role in Torrance, CA and the schedule is Monday‑Friday 5 am–1:30 pm plus overtime.

The starting pay range for this position is between $22–30 per hour plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
