Virco in Torrance, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Paint Line/Powder Coat area on 1st shift. This hands-on leadership role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and productivity in a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong analytical and people skills, and proficiency with SAP, MS Word and Excel. A forklift license/experience is preferred; overtime may be required.
