Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Talascend is currently seeking an Assembler for a contract opportunity with our client in Torrance, California
.

This role involves assembling mechanical and electromechanical components, performing testing, and maintaining documentation to ensure quality and functionality.

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components.
• Perform functional, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical testing.
• Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, torque tools, and measuring instruments.
• Conduct inspections and document results.
• Troubleshoot assembly and test failures.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Maintain production and quality documentation.

• High school diploma or GED - preferred
• 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or testing experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions
• Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under export control regulations
