Set up and operate sheet metal equipment including drill presses, punch presses, shears, bending rolls, brakes, grinders, and CNC equipment to shape sheet metal according to specifications;
Follow blueprints, rough sketches or engineer drawings to shape metal accurately;
Use hand and power tools to shape and smooth metal and blend seams; may solder and weld;
Lift up to 30 pounds and work with moderate exposure to machinery and physical risks;
Typically report to a supervisor or manager and work under direct supervision
