Mechanical​/Electromechanical Technician

This role involves operating production equipment and is responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products. The position requires a high level of mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong mechanical background and blueprint interpretation skills.
• Attention to fine detail and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Prior work experience in the relevant industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Experience with balancing products or components.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
• Creativity and a degree of latitude in task execution.

• Operate production equipment and ensure product specifications are met.
• Follow blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams.
• Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision.

• Eligible for Subco Bonus Program up to $3,000.
• $1,000 bonus at 14 days with perfect attendance.
• $1,000 bonus at 60 days.
• $1,000 bonus at 90 days (must receive 14-day bonus to qualify).
