Shine Foods is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production activities in our Torrance facility. You will coordinate daily output, ensure equipment is properly maintained, and supervise the Production Supervisor and line team to meet quality and safety standards.
You will collaborate with other departments to set production goals, schedule preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining GMP compliance and safe operations. Exempt, first shift, on-site.
