Northwood Space in Torrance, CA is seeking a Lead SMT Process Engineer to build and scale our in‑house PCB assembly capability. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to create robust, scalable electronics manufacturing in our factory.
This role blends hands-on process development with factory buildout, equipment selection, and team leadership to enable production readiness and long-term growth at Northwood Space.
