This is a 3–4 x11 rotating shift alternating Wednesday Shifts Available Sun - Wed 1st shift (5am
-4:30pm)

The purpose of the Additive Manufacturing Technician position is to support the production of high-quality, precision components throughFOD freeoperation s which includesadditive manufacturing and post
-processing equipment. This role ensures that Additive Manufacturing operations run efficiently, parts consistently meet engineering , quality,and customer specifications,while meetingproduction targets safely and efficiently . While this position will focus onoperatinga fast wire Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM), the technician will also train on other post processing machines.

The Additive Manufacturing Technician plays a vital role in the daily execution of additive manufacturing (AM) operations. The AM Technician is expected to exemplify our core values anddemonstrateoperational excellence. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with good mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination with an understanding of production workflows, can adapt to shifting priorities, and is eager to learn andhave competency withAM processes. The technician is responsible for maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency throughout production, while working collaboratively with leads, supervisors, and management to meet operational goals and continuously improve processes.

• Experienceoperatinga Fast Wire EDM in an additive manufacturing environment.

• Conducts themselves with respect and professionalism.
• The ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.

• Complete knowledge ofHB
  1200 fast wire EDMoperation.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Additive Manufacturingor Manufacturing.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive AM environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards is a plus.
• Experience with highly technical equipment such as Lasers, MRI’s, EDM’s, Robotics, CNC, and CMMas well aspneumatic air hammers.
• Proficiency with Manufacturo software and/or Safety Culturesoftware.

At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels T01 - T03 as evaluated through our interview process.
