Production Scheduler to support manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining production schedules that align customer demand, material availability, and production capacity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing priorities, solving production challenges, and collaborating across multiple departments to drive operational success.
Production Planning & Scheduling- Create and maintain production schedules based on:
- Customer orders
- Inventory levels
- Production capacity
- Establish priorities and sequencing to support on-time delivery performance.
- Monitor schedule adherence and production progress.
- Collaborate with:
- Procurement
- Logistics
- Manufacturing
- Operations
- Ensure materials and resources are available to support production schedules.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to key stakeholders.
- Identify production bottlenecks, constraints, and scheduling conflicts.
- Implement schedule adjustments to meet customer requirements.
- Track factors affecting production and proactively develop solutions.
- Support recovery plans when disruptions occur.
- Analyze scheduling performance and operational data.
- Recommend improvements to scheduling processes and workflow efficiency.
- Help reduce downtime and improve production throughput.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4–6 years of experience in:
- Production Scheduling
- Manufacturing Planning
- Operations Planning
- Related manufacturing environments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience working with production schedules and inventory management.
- SAP experience.
- Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience.
- Experience working with materials planning and supply chain teams.
- Knowledge of production control and inventory management practices.
- Production scheduling expertise
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- SAP system experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Analytical problem-solving mindset

- $40.00/hr pay rate
