We’re looking fora n Interior Trim Installer to bring their passion, precision, and problem-solving skillsto our team in Torrance, CA . If you share our passion for beautiful cars, thrive on details, and want to be part of something extraordinary, this is your chance.

• You will prepare chassis for interior install, install headliners, fit, modify , and install interior components in a manner that demonstrates , “Everything is Important.”

• F it and modif y raw and finished parts and panels to tolerance inside of the vehicle chassis .
• B e responsible for i nstall ing insulation , headliners, and finished panels inside of the vehicle chassis .
• A ssemble various finished components to complete sub-assemblies .
• P artner with Lead and Production Supervisor to ensure production demands meets the specified production schedule
• We’re seeking 1-3 years of experience working with interiors in automotive aerospace and/or marine environment .
• Bonus points for a certification and/or technical automotive program and/or experience in a rapid growth environment.

This is an onsite role in Torrance, California and the schedule is Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm with overtime.

The starting pay range for this position is between $22.73 - 33.39 per hour plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
