The Plater I-C Shift at LISI AEROSPACE NORTH AMERICA performs hands-on plating and metal processing for aerospace components, including surface prep, cleaning, chemical processing, and operating specialized equipment. Works with minimal supervision to support safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, 0–3 years in manufacturing or metal processing, and NADCAP knowledge is a plus.
