Job Description

In this role, you will impact the quality and timeliness of manufactured components, ensuring that Honeywell’s production goals and customer requirements are consistently met.
- Operate and set up machining equipment, including CNC machines, to produce parts according to specifications.
- Perform inspections and measurements to verify parts meet required tolerances and quality standards.
- Maintain machining equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machining processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Proven experience operating and programming CNC machining equipment with a solid understanding of machining processes and tooling.
- Knowledge of precision measurement tools and quality control techniques to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in machining, manufacturing technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in precision machining or related manufacturing roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CNC programming software and CAD/CAM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
