Responsibilities- Lead and oversee advanced welding processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in advanced manufacturing processes
- Lead cross‑functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations and enhance productivity
- Develop and implement weld processes to optimize production and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and evaluate cutting‑edge technologies for adoption in manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in advanced manufacturing
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee advanced welding processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in advanced manufacturing processes.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations and enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement weld processes to optimize production and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and evaluate cutting‑edge technologies for adoption in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in advanced manufacturing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Extensive experience (6+ years) in welding of aerospace components.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, welding process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong knowledge of welding technologies such as TIG Welding, Electron beam welding, welding automation, etc.
- Knowledge of industry specifications such as AWS D17.1 and AMS
2750. - Familiar with GD&T concepts and symbols.
- Proficient in Data analytics tools such as Excel.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic global environment.
