• Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start (Non-9/80)
• Safety:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods; validate against POs/pack lists; identify, label, and disposition to storage or production.
• Maintain AS9100-compliant documentation: lot/serial tracking, inventory transactions, bills of lading, and shipping records.
• Complete cycle counts and inventory audits; resolve variances and drive corrective actions.
• Store materials to environmental and handling requirements; preserve part integrity and shelf life.
• Partner with Procurement/Production/Quality to manage shortages and delivery schedules; support material requests.
• Participate in AS9100 audits; help implement process improvements aligned to quality standards.

• AS9100 certification.
• 1-3 years in materials handling, preferably aerospace/defense/aviation or manufacturing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort with inventory systems and accurate data entry.
• Ability to lift/move heavy items and operate material handling equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.

• AS9102 knowledge (first article inspection documentation).
• Familiarity with Lean/continuous improvement.
