We are looking for a skilled Sr Engineering Technician to manage high-volume testing for precision commercial and military components. This position involves direct, hands-on work with high-pressure pneumatic and hydraulic systems within a fluid power manufacturing setting.

Core Responsibilities- Execute high-volume, repetitive assessments of precision pneumatic and hydraulic parts.
- Help ensure product reliability by conducting high-pressure fluid power testing for military and commercial hardware.
- Configure, manage, and oversee the operation of various testing apparatus.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to test failures or equipment malfunctions.
- Evaluate test data to pinpoint potential performance concerns.
- Adhere to standardized testing protocols, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain precise documentation regarding all testing procedures and outcomes.
- Contribute to the enhancement of testing workflows and overall production efficiency.
- Work autonomously to achieve established production targets and quality standards.
- Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Between 4 and 6 years of professional experience in manufacturing, testing, or related technical fields.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Capacity to strictly follow complex work instructions and testing guidelines.
- Physical ability to lift loads up to 35 lbs.
- Strong focus on detail and a dedication to maintaining a safe working environment for the entire team.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work effectively with little oversight.
- Prior background in pneumatic and/or hydraulic testing.
- Practical knowledge of fluid power systems.
- Familiarity with high-pressure testing environments.
- Experience in diagnostic and troubleshooting tasks.
- Background in aerospace, military, commercial, or precision manufacturing sectors.
- Experience assisting with high-volume production testing requirements.
- Hourly wage ranging from $35 to $38.
- Stable first-shift hours:
Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00am to 1:30pm. - Availability of overtime work.
- Direct engagement with precision pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
