Job Description
Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Marketing, the Marketing Campaign Manager, Creative is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. This role is responsible for driving strategic planning, creative briefing, campaign optimization, and cross-functional alignment to ensure programs deliver meaningful business results. The ideal candidate brings B2B or agency experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to turn audience insights into powerful campaign strategies.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, and offline channels, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and brand voice.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define campaign goals, objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
- Establish campaign KPIs and performance benchmarks to guide planning and inform optimization.
- Ensure timely execution of key campaign initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
- Lead the creation of comprehensive, insight-driven campaign briefs by synthesizing:
- Campaign performance data
- Sales and market trends
- Audience research and persona insights
- Stakeholder input
- Provide strong strategic and creative insights that anchor the campaign’s messaging, value proposition, and channel mix.
- Ensure the campaigns address real audience needs while supporting business goals.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, marketing team, and external vendor partners to develop creative optimization strategies that improve performance across channels.
- Analyze campaign results, industry trends, and audience behavior to refine marketing strategies and future execution.
- Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor members of the creative marketing team, supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development.
- Oversee campaign budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong communication with partners across the organization.
Position Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities)
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in:
- Marketing campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Developing creative marketing strategies informed by data and audience insights
- Managing and leading people, including team development and vendor oversight.
- Collaborating across functions such as sales, product, and creative teams.
- B2B marketing experience strongly preferred
- Agency experience preferred, particularly with campaign development or creative briefing.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate insights into compelling campaign direction.
- Expertise in performance measurement, KPI development, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Comfort working in cross-functional environments.
- Leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities.
- Proficiency in marketing calendar management and multi-project coordination.
